We have spent the better part of two years working with data science and AI professionals in order to create our proprietary financial model and AI contract review tools. These tools, as far as we know, are unique in the market and we are excited for you to use them. Also, as extremely busy physicians ourselves, we know how important it is that you can use them on your schedule—as we are rarely available ourselves during “business hours”—we are in the OR or seeing patients!

The competition may offer contract reviews by "attorneys" but you don't know the name of the attorney, their experience, or expertise. Once again, If you choose to go beyond our proprietary AI contract review and want to engage an attorney for a full legal evaluation of your contract, you want to engage him/her in the right way legally. The review of your job contract is important enough to do it the right way legally. In our view, this necessitates a true attorney-client relationship, where the attorney's full efforts and legal duty is to you, the physician. This is why our offering arranges the connection between you and ByrdAdatto, but you engage directly, without us as a go-between. This is not the case with most of our competition doing online contract reviews—where the lawyer who reviews your contract is not "your" attorney from a legal or professional duty perspective and your communications are not attorney-client privileged.
